Esther leads Marketing, PR, Communications, and Strategic Partnerships at Dcentral. She is the founder of Source Capital, a boutique PR, Marketing, and Communications consultancy that advises and works with clients in blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs on their public relations, influence, marketing & branding strategy, events, roadshows, and community relations. She started her journalism career at the South China Morning Post, was a managing and commissioning editor for luxury magazines in Asia, and has mentored cultural journalism students at Art Basel Hong Kong.
